1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small piece of information stored in your browser. First-party cookies belong to the visited site; third-party cookies belong to other providers. Session cookies relate to the browser session; persistent cookies have an expiry period. Local storage, pixels and similar technologies must also be assessed by purpose.
We do not save form messages in localStorage, sessionStorage or cookies. Language comes from the URL. Fonts and images are served by this site; WhatsApp and email are contact links, not embedded trackers.
2. This application’s cookie inventory
agua_session · First-party · Private-editor authentication. Created only after a successful login. Contains a random identifier, not your name or password. It is a session cookie with no persistent expiry date; the server limits authorisation to eight hours. Some browsers restore sessions when reopened, so closing the browser does not replace “Sign out”. Signing out deletes the cookie and revokes that session.
Scope: this domain, path /. It may accompany public-page requests while the owner is signed in. Uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure in production HTTPS. Ordinary browsing or enquiries do not create it.
acuarapido_cookie_choice · First-party · Preference memory, only when optional services exist and you make a choice. Stores the information version, choice time and accepted services, without an advertising identifier, name or email. Maximum duration: 180 days from the choice; path /, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. There are currently no optional services and viewing the panel does not create this cookie.
This application has no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising, embedded-map or embedded-video cookies. Infrastructure cookies must be inventoried from the actual hosting configuration, not a provider’s catalogue.
3. Consent and absence of optional cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for an expressly requested service are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI-CE. The panel explains their purpose; browser blocking can prevent the requested function. We do not request fictitious consent to advertising or analytics we do not use.
Optional services, if added, must be described before activation. They remain blocked until a valid choice, with equally visible “Accept all” and “Reject optional” options and a purpose-based selection. Optional boxes are not preselected. Closing the panel, pressing Escape, scrolling or continuing to browse does not authorise optional services. Rejection does not prevent browsing or contact.
An earlier choice does not automatically authorise new purposes or providers. Changes to service information require a new choice; the preference record expires after 180 days. Cookie settings are separate from the form’s privacy information and any permission for marketing communications.
4. Viewing, blocking and deleting cookies
Open “Cookie settings” from any page footer. When optional services exist, withdraw permission with “Reject optional”, or change purposes and save. Withdrawal stops newly authorised loads and reloads the page if a service was active, to stop it. Declared optional first-party cookies accessible to this site are removed; other-domain or HttpOnly cookies must be managed through the browser or the relevant service.
Acceptance and rejection are remembered for the same period. If the browser prevents saving a choice, optional services remain disabled. Deleting preferences or changes to their terms triggers a new decision when required. We do not create an advertising history of your choices.
You can also review or delete cookies in browser privacy settings. Blocking agua_session affects the editor, not public browsing. Deleting cookies does not delete messages already sent or retrospectively revoke lawful earlier processing; contact info@acuarapido.com to exercise rights over that data.
5. External links, infrastructure and personal data
Links to WhatsApp, email and official sources lead to services with their own policies. Reading this site does not load their chat, map or video. Managing email through Gmail does not itself install Google cookies in a website visitor’s browser.
Hosting may process IP addresses and technical data to deliver and protect the site. These records are not necessarily cookies. The privacy policy explains recipients and international transfers. Hosting security technologies must be assessed by their actual purpose, duration and configuration; a security purpose does not authorise advertising use.
Report an unlisted cookie to info@acuarapido.com, stating its name and where it appears. Do not send passwords or authentication-cookie values.
6. Responsibility and updates
The owner identified above is responsible for this policy. Cookie and personal-data questions may be sent by email or post. The review date appears on this page. Changes to the website’s actual configuration require updated information and, where appropriate, a new choice before non-essential technologies are used. This policy complements the Legal notice and Privacy policy.
