1. Owner and contact
The owner and supplier of the services advertised under the trading name AcuaRapido San José is ANGEL NAVARRO RODRIGUEZ, identified on this page. These details are provided under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
The address shown is for correspondence only; it is not an office open to visitors. Enquiries, incidents and legal correspondence may be sent to info@acuarapido.com or that postal address. Complaints may also be made by calling +34 644 527 788.
Calls are handled on +34 644 527 788 by Ángel Navarro and on +34 644 523 655 by Henedina Muñoz. Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. Seville local time. Urgent plumbing: telephone assistance from 16:00 to 08:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. Call to confirm a visit. Email and the form do not guarantee an immediate response.
2. Website purpose and services
The website presents plumbing, work at height using ropes or lifting platforms as appropriate, and concrete drilling. The service area covers Seville city and its surroundings, mainly towns in the Vega del Guadalquivir and Sierra Norte. Scope, feasibility, equipment and availability are assessed for each enquiry.
Air conditioning is a future service awaiting the relevant RITE authorisation; it is not currently offered.
The owner holds public liability insurance with Catalana Occidente, with cover of up to €150,000, subject to the policy terms, limits and exclusions. The insured amount does not limit customers’ statutory rights or guarantee the outcome of each job.
3. Enquiries, quotations and contracts
Sending an enquiry does not book or contract a job. The scope, financial terms and applicable pre-contract information will be provided in writing before acceptance. Jobs are accepted by email or WhatsApp and will not start without that written acceptance. This website has no online payment or automatic contracting.
Cancellations, withdrawal and warranties are governed by the contract and applicable law, without waiving mandatory consumer rights. This website sets no automatic cancellation penalty or single commercial warranty period for every job. Specific information must accompany the quotation or contract.
Where distance or off-premises consumer contract rules apply, there is normally a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period; certain contracts following unsolicited home visits have a 30-day period. Starting within that period requires the consumer’s express request and the relevant legal information. Starting work alone does not end the right; loss of the right after full performance requires the statutory consent and information conditions.
The exception for urgent repairs or maintenance is limited to a visit specifically requested by the consumer and the necessary work and replacement parts. It does not automatically cover additional services or goods. If withdrawal follows an expressly requested start, only amounts permitted by applicable law may be charged. These notes do not replace the individual contract documentation.
4. Responsible use and security
Use the website lawfully and supply accurate, relevant information. Do not send spam, malicious content or other people’s information without a lawful basis. Do not attempt to access the private area, disrupt the service, extract credentials or bypass security controls. Public browsing is free, apart from any connection charges from your provider. Abusive requests may be limited and functions temporarily suspended for maintenance or security, without affecting statutory rights.
5. Content, photographs and intellectual property
Text, design, trade names, photographs and illustrations are protected to the extent applicable to their respective owners. Visiting does not grant a commercial licence. Personal use and uses permitted by law remain allowed; other reuse requires the relevant authorisation. Service illustrations are explanatory representations, not photographs of completed jobs. Earlier AI-retouched photographs are labelled when opened. If you believe content infringes your rights, identify the material and the reason in a message to the owner so it can be reviewed.
6. Links and availability
The website may link to WhatsApp and official sources. A link does not mean that the owner controls the external service or endorses all its terms or content. External services have their own terms and policies. We aim to keep information accurate and the website operational; errors, updates or interruptions may occur. These statements do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or reduce consumer rights.
7. Privacy, applicable law and complaints
To make a complaint or request an official Andalusian complaint form, contact the owner by email at info@acuarapido.com or by telephone on +34 644 527 788. You may also send your complaint in writing to the correspondence address shown. These channels do not restrict the right to use Andalusia’s official complaint forms. Complaints submitted using those forms must receive a reasoned written response within 10 working days of receipt.
The owner is not currently a member of a consumer arbitration scheme. This does not prevent customers from contacting public consumer services, requesting mediation or using other applicable resolution mechanisms. Consumers are not required to use courts exclusively or waive their lawful jurisdiction.
Spanish law and applicable European Union law apply. Separate policies explain privacy and cookies. Translations improve access without limiting statutory rights. Website updates do not retrospectively change existing contracts.
